Vintage Industrial pair of brutal steel side tables. Two breathtaking, intriguing and unforgettable “brutalist end tables”. These are a marvelous example of repurposing and reimagining, urban-industrial, machine-age parts to serve as beautiful, functional home-decor pieces (unique one of kind urban industrial furniture). The history behind these parts we believe, is they were salvaged from an old textile mile here in New England, which focused on manufacturing paper pulp. We have been told that they are old steel tumblers used for mixing, grinding, churning the product, pulp of some kind. They’re weight and structure imbue a sense of rugged, tough, strength. Overall dimensions are 23″ in diameter and 20 5/8″ in height. Top circular steel plate measures 20″ in diameter.
“Tim Byrne and the team at Get Back create works of art out of American History. We created an entire vintage industrial theme in our 10,000 sf office facility using their pieces and employees love it - and people visiting are blown away with intrigue. I couldn’t resist and put a number of tables and other pieces in my home. You have to visit Get Back and check it out yourself. Be prepared to be drawn into their amazing work.”

‘With the increasing need to work remotely, I decided to expand my home office.. the first place I thought of was ‘Get Back Inc.’ My newest drafting table is a beautifully refurbished work of art.. Tim is a craftsman with a truly unique eye. He and his team bring back to life pieces of America’s long gone industrial era with deep sensitivity .. A visit to his showroom and workshop in Watertown is a fascinating experience I highly recommend’
